Welcome to India4EU

India4EU is an Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window project financed by the European Commission. India4EU started in 2009 and ended in July 2013.

The project was managed by a Partnership of Universities including 8 Indian Universities and 9 European Universities and was coordinated by Politecnico di Torino (Italy).

India4EU offered to students, researchers and staff from India the opportunity to study, do research or teach in Europe for periods of different duration. Europeans had the same opportunities in India.

All mobilities within the programme were successfully completed. 172 individuals from a broad range of academic areas and levels (137 from India and 35 from Europe) benefited from the opportunity to broaden their perspective by studying, teaching or doing research in another part of the world.
